Here at Williams Motor Company we operate a Vulnerable Customer Policy which is designed to ensure that the way in which we conduct our business does not have a detrimental impact on a customer who maybe vulnerable. Our staff are trained to identify vulnerable customers and will provide fair time and assistance to achieve a good outcome for the customer. We understand vulnerability comes in many forms including bereavement, sudden change to lifestyle, language, illness or disability and other impairments which may increase a customers vulnerability.
