Dave actually came to our home collected the car had problem sorted and returned car to us. You would not get this level of customer service for any main dealer. Was recommended to try this dealer and was glad I did. Was left to my own devices to choose a car with no interruptions from salesmen. The customer service is more than excellent. After purchase I had a slight problem. They gave me a courtesy car straight away until my issue was repaired at no cost to myself. If you want to buy a car from a true honest dealership then this is the place to go. If I ever need another vehicle I will be returning.

Had very good Experience, from 1st Contact, through to receiving my Jaguar. I pointed out a few issues & they were corrected. Arrived 29th November 2019. It was a nice day, when the car was delivered, so was able to spend many hours, washing & polishing etc. I am NOW very Happy with this vehicle. It's taken me a few weeks to get it, as I wanted. Learning to understand where everything is & how it all works, different to other vehicles. I paid a bit more for a Lower Mileage Car, so there would not be any further costs, other than minor ones, that are no issues. It had only 49,000 Miles. Bodywork is fine, Paintwork ok. Drives exceptionally well. I installed a Reversing Parking Camera, as it only had a Parking aid. Also Changed the Rear Number Plate Lights to 2 x LED's, much Brighter. Will eventually Upgrade to Front Lights to 2 x H7 Lamps 150% Brighter. All in All, I have nothing other to say, than I am glad I discovered Williams Motor Company.

Seen a car a few weeks back at Williams Motor Company. The car was in excellent condition so paid the deposit and arranged to collect in the week. When I returned home realised the spec of the car wasn't exactly what I wanted , my own fault. Contacted them regarding the deposit and they paid it back in full, legally they didn't have to. I would most definitely use this company again.

Good sales experience as bought over the phone 200 miles from the trader. Minor issues on vehicle, coolant leak not spotted that has been there for a while and vehicle came with full 1 year mot done by the trader. Overall satisfied with the MG6 purchase.

Excellent service making the exchange of vehicles simple and straightforward. The offer for my car was just where I wanted it and the balance was quickly and easily financed getting the payments and loan term just right for my budget and with no fuss at all. The new car was presented at pick-up in immaculate condition. The car of my dreams wasn't all plain sailing; a driver door lock fault presented itself. A call to Will took moments to arrange for the problem to be fixed under the free 3 month warranty and the problem was corrected in an hour at the time arranged - excellent service. Would I recommend this dealer? You bet I would! Great stock and 5-star service to match, thanks.

Drove past there lot many times and always slowed down to look at there stock.Saw a beauty of a BMW and called in to check it out. The staff couldn't be more helpful and handed me the keys. After inspection I went for a test drive and was smitten. I got a good price on my part exchange so I put a deposit down. Had a call a few days later and told me when I could collect my new ride. Will and the team more than met my expectations and could not help me enough. Would I use them again? Can 100% say I will yes.

From start to finish the salesmen were very friendly and helpful, when I arrived they gave me the keys and let me have a good look around the car at my own pace, then I went for a test drive, the car performed perfectly as expected, I then took it back and we went through the paperwork, they happily answered any questions I had for them about the car and there was no pressure whatsoever to buy the car that instant. I went back the next day to put a deposit down and we went through financing the car and servicing, this was all very simple and easy to understand. Then on Saturday when I picked up the car, the process was very easy and much faster than I expected. I am very happy with the car and the service I had.

We bought an inexpensive car from Williams after seeing it on the internet. As we live far away we couldn't inspect the car for several weeks but with a small holding deposit the car was kept for us to buy if we wanted once we actually saw it. A test drive was no problem and we finalised the sale. There were a couple of issues that needed attention and Williams arranged for this at their cost and at a garage that was convienient to us. This was a premium level of service for a relatively small sale. Williams went to great lengths to make sure we were happy, and we felt valued as customers. Thanks for looking after us.

The BEST second hand car dealership I have ever purchased a car from. EVER (and that's over 40 years). William, the owner, personally spent two hours with me: explaining everything I would possibly need to know about the car I wanted to purchase - a 2014 Jaguar. I received fair value for my partial trade BMW. And, at the end of our sales consultation, William provided me with a much longer premium warranty than originally agreed at no additional cost. The Jaguar drives like new. I strongly recommend Williams Motor Company.

In a word..outstanding. I live in South Wales & was unable to view the car. Rang & spoke to Will who from the outset told me the alloy wheels had some damage to them which wasn't evident on the photos & that they would repair them prior to sale. A full 12 months MOT was done despite there still being 7 months remaining on the current one. Night before delivery Will rang to say a minor mechanical fault had been found but that I could get it done at my local garage at their expense which I did with no hassle. Delivery was on time & handover was smooth. Alloy wheel looked fantastic - brilliant job. A couple of other minor issues were also sorted with no problems. Really happy with the car - immaculate - I love it. This was the first time I had bought a car via the internet & I was nervous. Will was brilliant though & made it a painless process. I would definitely buy from this company again & have recommended them to family & friends. Excellent service - thank you Angela & Will.

I brought a Vauxhall insignia, about 4 weeks ago and the Air con wasn't working, I I give the garage a call, no problem they said bring to our garage to see if they can do it, sorry we can't do it because it's the new gas. So Williams got my car to another garage , and paid for the work to be done, thank you very much Williams Car Sale. I would recommend this garage to anyone who is looking for a great deal.

I bought a Ford from the Stewart st site at the beginning of May and was very pleased with the helpfulness of their friendly staff. They left me to test drive and look around the car with no pressure to buy. The car was missing a parcel shelf and a plastic part of trim. The plastic trim was sorted before I collected the car and then as I live in Birmingham, they sourced me a parcel shelf and even sent it to my home address. I got 8 months warranty too, which I hope not to need and am loving my car at the moment. Well done guys.

My son recently bought a Peugeot 208 from Williams Motor Company, he absolutely loves the car and is so happy with it. After a couple of weeks an engine management light came on. He took it to a garage in Tamworth who advised him he had 4 bald tyres and the Catalytic Converter was completely shot. After a discussion with Dave at Williams Motor Company we took the car down 3 days later as they booked us in. We dropped the car off at 9ish and just hoped they would fix the faults and not be like many garages and refuse to do it and take no responsibility. Within 2 and a half hours, the garage rang us up and told us all done. We walked back to the garage and they had put 4 new tyres and a new Catalytic Converter onto the car. We had a quick with Will the owner and we cannot thank or praise the staff enough. Brilliant after sales service and brilliant job resolving the faults on the car.
